Privacy

Your privacy switches

/me privacy shows your switches in a message only you see. The same switches are on the dashboard's Privacy page. They apply in every server, and no server can change them for you.

• Ghost Mode keeps your name off Rewind, charts and rankings. Your plays still count, and the player card still shows who queued a song. It also turns Taste Match off.
• Taste Match lets other people compare their taste with yours.

Taste Match

/me taste user: shows how closely your listening matches someone else's. You both need Taste Match on, and it shows the percentage.

What server admins can see

A server's Privacy page on the dashboard lists what Orpheus shows about the server's members and who can see each thing.

See or delete your data

• /playlist delete and /liked remove delete your playlists and liked songs straight away.

• Removing Orpheus from a server ends its access to that server at once.

• The songs you asked for are deleted after 90 days.

• For a copy of your data, or to have all of it deleted, email privacy@orpheusbot.app with your Discord user ID.

The privacy policy lists everything Orpheus stores and how long it keeps it.
