How the record is kept

Planned maintenance is left out of the uptime figure. Work we chose to do, and said so, is not the bot falling over. Music not playing is counted, because that is the thing people came for.

A day with no readings is grey and never counts as a good day. The most likely reason a day is missing is that the machine taking the readings was off too.

Tell us what your server is seeing

If this page says everything is working and your server disagrees, that is worth knowing. Orpheus keeps queues, playlists and radio stations in a database that none of these checks touch, so an outage here does not lose anything you saved.

Before you write in

Check that Orpheus can see the channel you are typing in, and that it has Connect and Speak on the voice channel. A permission removed by accident looks exactly like an outage from inside Discord.
